What is HoneyTea's subscription service?

Our subscription service sets up regular deliveries of the drinks you choose. You pick the frequency — monthly or quarterly — and the quantity you would like in each shipment.

How do I subscribe?

Choose a flavour, switch the plan selector to Subscribe & Save, pick your delivery frequency and add it to your basket. At checkout you will be asked to set up an account with your shipping and payment details.

Can I modify my subscription?

Yes, at any time. Log in and go to Manage Subscriptions, where you can adjust delivery frequency, quantity, or change the drink you are subscribed to.

Can I skip a delivery or pause my subscription?

Absolutely. You can skip a single delivery or pause for a set period from your account’s subscription settings.

Is there a discount for subscribing?

Yes. Subscription pricing is lower than buying the same drinks as one-off multipacks, and the saving is shown on every product page before you commit.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time, from Manage Subscriptions in your account. If you have already been billed for an upcoming shipment, the cancellation applies to future orders.

Do I get charged for shipping on subscription orders?

Shipping is typically free for subscription orders within the UK. Some remote areas or express delivery options may carry a fee, shown during setup.

Can I add or remove items from an existing subscription?

Yes — adjust the items in your subscription from the Manage Subscriptions section of your account.
